That is why we have compiled a list of items that are helpful when making funeral arrangements either before the time has come or when that loss has happened. This is a short listed of the most vital information needed.

1. Full name of the deceased
2. Date of birth
3. Place of birth
4. Social security number
5. Street address of deceased
6. Spouse's name (maiden name)
7. Father's name, mother's maiden name
8. Occupation
9. Place of burial or disposition
10. Military discharge papers, if applicable
11. Insurance papers and/or insurance information
12. Clothing and/or jewelry for the deceased (including all usual undergarments)
