Roberta Ruth Scolley, 77 of Iroquois, IL passed away on February 1, 2022 at Watseka Rehab and Healthcare. She was born on April 23, 1944 in Watseka a daughter of Robert and Ruth (Loblaw) Askew. Survivors include three children- Arlene Brys, John Scolley of Iroquois and Julie (Lawrence) Meyr of Lowell, IN; four grandchildren- Sara Meyr, Linzie Meyr, Sgt. Nicholas Meyr, and Jacob Hillary; three great grandchildren- Ava Santana, Jocelyn Meyr, and Jaxon Meyr Hernandez; two aunts- Shirley Arseneau and Catherine Martin; and one brother in law- Donald Glenn. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister- Phyllis Glenn and her step father Wilbur Conner. Roberta enjoyed camping in Door County Wisconsin and loved dogs, gardening, genealogy, and bird watching. Private services will be held at a later date with burial in Iroquois Memorial Park in Watseka. Memorials may be made to Iroquois Memorial Hospice or 5th St CILA in Cissna Park and can be sent to the care of Baier Funeral Home (102 W. Oak St, Watseka, IL 60970) and will then be forwarded on to the family. Arrangements by Baier Funeral Home in Watseka.
