Carolyn Mccarty

Carolyn B. McCarty, age 75, went home to Jesus on October 11, 2018. Carolyn was born on April 24,
1943 in Lincolnton, North Carolina. Carolyn lived in Watseka, Illinois before retiring to Florida in January
2010.

Carolyn was proceeded in death by her parents, Clarence Rudisill and Essie Houser-Rudisill and her
Stepfather Walter (Tex) Trumble. She is also proceeded in death by her Sisters Geneva Rudisill, Evelyn
LeSage, Mary Walker and Madge Kissack and her brothers Don Rudisill, Dave Rudisill and Ken Rudisill.

Carolyn is survived by her husband, Roy E. Wickfelder, Sr., of Canaveral Groves, Florida, her daughters
Teresa Wickfelder-Butler of Rockledge, Florida, and Tina Wickfelder-Prosser of Titusville, Florida, and her
son Roy E Wickfelder, Jr., of Merritt Island, Florida. She is also survived by her Grandchildren Valerie
Butler, Melissa Butler-Gayle, Derek Sears, Heather Sears-Morrissey and Tyler Wickfelder. She is survived
by her Great Grandchildren, Liam and Lily Gayle who called her GG. Carolyn is also survived by her
brothers Bob Rudisill, Harold Rudisill, and Homer Rudisill; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Carolyn was loved dearly by her family and all who knew her. She was often referred to as family by
those who had no blood relationship because of her caring, giving and accepting nature. Carolyn loved
spending time with family and she loved Jesus with all her heart, thanking him daily for all his blessings.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 3:30 pm, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Watseka, Illinois. Pastor Gary Minard will officiate.
