Joseph Nicholas Vallar

Joseph Nicholas Vallar, 79, of Beaverville passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at Ascension Saint Mary – Kankakee in Kankakee, IL. He was born on December 13, 1942 in Chicago, the son of Joseph and Rose (Bruno) Vallar. He married Jacqueline Mizerka in Burbank, IL on June 15, 1968 and she preceded him in passing on May 24, 2011. Surviving are his special friend and companion, Marilyn Smith of Watseka; three daughters, Bernadette (Jeffrey) Jochens of Manhattan, IL, Vickie (Carl) McElroy of Deephaven, MN, and Lauren Vallar of Austin, TX; one granddaughter, Catherine McElroy of Deephaven, MN; one brother, James Vallar of Orland Park, IL; one sister, Philomena (Richard) Foertsch of Crystal Lake, IL; and one brother-in-law, Lawrence Mizerka of Alexandria, VA.
