Kathleen Elizabeth (Goodwine) Ellis, 88, of Watseka, IL passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2015.
She was born on August 17, 1926 in Harvey, IL, the daughter of Earl Goodwine and Mahaley (May) Goodwine.
She married John Richard Ellis on June 21, 1947 in Harvey, IL. He has since passed away.
Mrs. Ellis was a Homemaker. She enjoyed crocheting and reading.
Surviving Mrs. Ellis are four daughters and son-in-laws, Kathleen and Robert Lundstrom of Crete, IL, Nancy and Stanley Scholl of Demotte, IN, Joann Gula-Whitesell and Russell Whitesell of Watseka, IL, Jacqueline Brown-Nissen and Joe Nissen of Elkton, South Dakota; two brothers and sister-in-law, Paul Goodwine of Lima, OH, and Eugene and Virginia Goodwine of Texas; fourteen grandchildren, Denise, Joseph, Stacy, Jonathan, Atchley, Bracy, Michael, James, Ellis, Judith, Russell, Rose, Jason, Brandi; sixteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She is also preceded in death by both parents; one husband, John Ellis; one brother; and five sisters.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 from 10a-12pm, at Baier Funeral Home in Watseka.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 12:00pm, at Baier Funeral Home in Watseka. Stanley Scholl will officiate.
