Melissa J. Anderson

Melissa J. Anderson, 55, of Papineau passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021 at her home. She was born on November 16, 1965 in Kankakee, the daughter of Trudy Dowe. She married Thomas Anderson in Aroma Park on May 11, 1986. Surviving are her husband, Thomas Anderson of Papineau; three sons, Thomas M. Anderson of Papineau, Jevin T. Anderson of Papineau, and Martin J. Anderson of Arrow Head, OK; two grandchildren, Jordan Anderson and Hailey Anderson; one brother; one sister; and a special niece, Deseree Sorenson of Bourbonnais. Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by her mother. Melissa loved to help out kids. Cremation rites are being handled by Baier Funeral Home in Watseka.
