Robert Walter Pawelczak, 58, of Watseka, Illinois, passed away on Friday, February 9, 2018.
He was born on September 22, 1959 in Chicago, IL, the son of Walter Pawelczak and Theresa Canaski.
Robert married Kimberly Hippner on May 29, 1982 in New Lenox, IL.
Mr. Pawelczak was a Shop Foreman for the State of Illinois and a member of the Woodland Fire Protection District for over 15 years. He enjoyed golfing and hanging out with family and friends.
Surviving Mr. Pawelczak is his wife, Kimberly Pawelczak of Watseka; sons, Christopher Pawelczak of Watseka, Robert Pawelczak of Watseka, and Scott Pawelczak of Watseka; brother and sister-in-law, Steven and Judy Pawelczak of Pittsburgh, PA; sisters, Paulette Boicken of Dyer, IN, and Susan and Jim Hasler of Lockport, IL; grandchild, Chloe Pawelczak; and many nieces and nephews.
He is also preceded in death by both his parents.
A Gathering of Friends will take place on Friday, March 2, 2018 from 4-8pm, at Baier Funeral Home in Watseka.
