Ryan R. Rippe

Ryan R. Rippe, 38, of Crescent City, passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2022. He was born on March 14, 1984 in Willowbrook, Illinois, a son of David and Susanne (Fank) Rippe. Ryan married Stephanie Elliott in Watseka on July 30, 2011 and she survives. Also surviving are their three children, Annabeth, Avery, and Rhys Rippe, all at home; father and mother, David and Suzanne Rippe of Decatur, Michigan; brother, Mike Rippe of Chicago; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Steve and Colette Elliott of Watseka. Ryan was a member of the St. Edmund Catholic Church in Watseka. He was a Manager at Chili’s in Champaign. Ryan was an avid Michigan Wolverine Fan and loved to collect sports memorabilia. He was a very dedicated family man. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at the Baier Funeral Home in Watseka.
