Shirley Naseef, 83, of Gilman, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2018.
She was born on December 24, 1934 in Moline, IL, the daughter of Arvid Sheets and Florence (Raske) Sheets.
Ms. Naseef was a Registered Nurse for over 40 years at various hospitals and nursing homes. She enjoyed sewing, reading, cooking, movies, and cats.
Surviving Ms. Naseef is her son, Anthony “Tony” and Terri Naseef of Crescent City, IL; daughter, Diane and Tony Tarro of Gillespe, IL; grandchild, Tanya Naseef of Texas; seven great-grandchildren; and four nieces and nephews.
She is also preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Doreen.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 4-7pm, at Baier Funeral Home in Watseka, IL
Funeral Services will take place on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 11:00 am, at Baier Funeral Home in Watseka, IL. A one-hour visitation will be held prior to services. Pastor Gary Minard will officiate.
Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Watseka, IL.
